? We’re Hiring: Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Level: Entry-Level to Junior

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in accounting, financial operations, reporting, and business administration, and who want to develop practical experience in a professional finance workplace.

? Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Prepare and process payment requests, invoices, and expense claims.

• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with account reconciliations.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and management reports.

• Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, and customer balances.

• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documents.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking when required.

• Perform data entry and ensure financial information is accurate and up to date.

• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing relevant documentation.

• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding finance-related matters.

• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Accountant.

✅ Requirements





• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with limited accounting experience are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is an advantage.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage confidential financial information professionally.

• Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CAT, or related studies are an advantage.
