- Answering and managing the National Office main phone line

- Coordinating couriers to offices for equipment and operational requirements
- Managing client concerns escalated directly to the National Office
- Assisting with the coordination of National Office events and functions
- Providing administrative support to various divisions across the business
- Undertaking a range of general administrative tasks as required
