About the opportunity

We are inviting applications from Advanced Scaffolders, and Advanced Riggers to support a major infrastructure construction project in Perth’s northern metro region.

The works are part of a major SMP construction scope, contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of key site activities. Positions will be project-based, with an expected duration of 12 months, depending on construction progress.

Role Details:

- Local role in Alkimos, north of Perth – ideal for candidates looking to stay close to home while working on a major project
- 54 hours per week, 10 hours Monday - Friday with 4+ on Saturdays
- $51-$53 per hour + penalties
- Full Time contract with sick, annual leave accrual + severance
- Local role with employees required to drive to & from site daily
- Outstanding performance may lead to continued growth opportunities throughout the duration of this project

About you

You're a safety-minded,



team-focused tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.

You'll bring

- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Advanced Scaffolder / or Advanced Rigger preferably in oil & gas, mining, or heavy industrial environments (shutdowns, maintenance campaigns, or construction)
- Full Australian work rights – passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or valid work visa
- Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:
- High Risk Work License – Advanced Scaffolding | Advanced Rigging
- Ability to provide or pass an Advanced Scaffolding VOC with 3 yearly validity
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) – must be current and valid
- Statement of Attainment - RIIWHS204E - Work Safely at Heights – 2 year validity
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
- Genuine commitment to safety – you follow procedures, wear your PPE properly, and speak up when something doesn't look right
- Team player who backs up your crew, communicates well, and helps maintain a positive site culture
