We are seeking a responsible and engaging babysitter to provide after-school care for our two boys, ages 7 and 9, in Bellingham, WA. The primary responsibilities include meeting the children at our house at 12:55 PM on Thursdays after they are dropped off by the bus. You will be responsible for driving them to and from various after-school activities such as swimming, martial arts, and soccer practice.
Occasional homework support focusing on math and reading is also required. When organized activities are not scheduled, you will need to facilitate fun games or crafts and ensure that the children tidy up afterward. There are no pets in the home.
This position requires a candidate who is versatile, as we may need similar help on Wednesday afternoons starting at 3:00 PM.
