DWS is seeking an AI Solution Architect to join a major enterprise Agentic AI program and help shape the next generation of AI-enabled business operations. Working within a highly visible transformation initiative, you will lead the technical design of secure, scalable and production-ready AI agent solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Where: Sydney (Mascot), NSW
Type: ACN or Max Term
Start: ASAP
Length: 6 months with a high likelihood of extension
Style: Hybrid; 3 days onsite
Salary: Up to $1,200/day + GST (ACN) or up to $250K inc. super (Max Term)
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong expertise designing enterprise-scale AI, automation and integration solutions
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Advanced understanding of agent orchestration, prompt design, tool integration, context management and human-in-the-loop controls
- Solid enterprise integration capability across APIs, connectors, events, data services and business platforms
- Deep understanding of security architecture, identity, least-privilege access, secrets management and data protection
- Experience establishing architecture standards, reusable components and reference patterns for delivery teams
- Ability to guide developers, review technical designs and ensure production readiness
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, risk and compliance frameworks
In this role you will:
- Design end-to-end AI agent solutions from business requirements through to production deployment
- Define secure and scalable orchestration patterns for single-agent and multi-agent solutions
- Establish reusable architecture standards, templates and engineering guardrails
- Design integrations across enterprise platforms, applications, data sources and Microsoft ecosystems
- Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, governance and responsible AI requirements
- Provide technical leadership and assurance to AI development teams
- Support build, buy and reuse technology decisions and platform strategy
- Define operational monitoring, evaluation, lifecycle and support models for production AI solutions
