About the role

Crispy Rolls Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile All Rounder Fast Food to join our team at our Randwick, NSW location. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food preparation and customer service across our fast food operation. As an all rounder, you will be the backbone of our kitchen and front-of-house operations, ensuring that every customer receives quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.

Your ability to work flexibly across multiple stations and adapt to varying demands throughout your shift will be essential to our success.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking a variety of fast food items including bread rolls, pho soup, salad bowls and other menu offerings to consistent quality standards
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including oven, hot plate, fryers and food preparation surfaces
- Following food preparation procedures and maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly, professional service at the counter or service area
- Managing the till and processing payments accurately
- Assembling orders quickly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen and service area, including regular cleaning and sanitisation
- Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed throughout your shift
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet service demands during peak periods
- Following all company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a fast food kitchen, food preparation role or similar hospitality environment is advantageous
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with willingness to comply with all relevant regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills




- Physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and potentially weekends
- Reliability and punctuality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on different tasks
- Basic numeracy skills for till operations
- Relevant food handling or hospitality qualifications would be beneficial but not essential for motivated candidates
