Allrounder Cold Store Meat Wholesaler – location Bassendean

Regency Foods Australia is a busy Meat wholesaler and we are currently looking for a “Allrounder” for our production facility based in Bassendean.

Looking for someone to commence immediately.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Food Preparation:
- Hand cutting and trimming of raw meats
- Identifying and selecting the correct cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken
- Handling, preparing and packing meat and food products
- Weighing, portioning, sealing and labelling finished products
- Following all food-safety, hygiene and workplace-safety procedures

- Assembly Line:

- Repetitive, hands-on production line work
- Weighing, labelling and checking products
- Identifying stock shortages, incorrect products or quality issues before they become problems

- Machine Operation:

- Slicing

- Physical, Fast-Paced Work:

- Picking and packing products; lifting, pushing and pulling racks and boxes (up to 27.5kg)
- Checking completed orders before dispatch Keeping work areas clean, organised and ready to go




- Helping the team get the day's work finished — not simply your part of it
- Rotating stock
- Using knives and production equipment safely
- Cleaning work areas and equipment
- Assisting in different parts of the business as requirements come up

- Cold Environment:

- Working in temperature-controlled areas (approx. 7°C)

We expect all our employees to display a high level of cleanliness and presentation. We also expect a high level of professionalism in all aspects of your employment.

Job Criteria

- Able and willing to work in a cold workplace
- Fit and active – ability to lift and move cartons up to 20kg
- Able and willing to perform repetitive tasks
- Available to work between hours of 7.00am and 6pm (required 7.5 hours / day Mon-Fri)
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong work ethic
