About You

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years post-graduate structural experience, preferably local to Australia.
- Confident applying Australian Standards to real design problems.
- Hands-on with Strand7, SpaceGass, Inducta Suite, IDEA StatiCa, RAPT and MathCAD.
- Bonus if you've also used STAAD.Pro, SAP2000 or similar packages.
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to juggle competing deadlines without losing accuracy.

About the Role

- Own structural calculations, designs and documentation from concept through delivery.
- Turn complex constraints into practical, compliant engineering solutions.
- Coordinate directly with architects, builders and other project consultants.
- Get out to site to inspect works and troubleshoot in real time.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with senior engineers on technically demanding projects.
- Keep every design anchored to relevant Australian Standards.
