We’re looking for Chefs who can bring great food, energy and professionalism into the kitchen - while understanding that working in aged care is about more than just cooking.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing fresh, nutritious and enjoyable meals for aged care residents
- Working within dietary, nutritional and texture-modified meal requirements
- Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Working alongside kitchen and care teams to deliver a high standard of service
- Managing meal preparation, plating and kitchen operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen
- Creating meals that residents genuinely look forward to!

What We're Looking For
Aged care experience is essential.

We want Chefs who understand the unique requirements of aged care kitchens and are comfortable working with:

- Texture-modified and specialised diets
- Dysphagia and dietary requirements
- Large-scale meal preparation




- Aged care food safety and compliance standards
- Resident preferences and individual dietary needs
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team

You'll need to be confident walking into an aged care kitchen and getting stuck in from day one.
