We are seeking experienced and compassionate Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our casual healthcare workforce in Tamworth, NSW.

About the role You will provide high-quality care and support to residents while working alongside RNs, ENs and other care staff.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living
- Supporting mobility, transfers, nutrition and hydration
- Promoting resident dignity, comfort and independence
- Following individual care plans and facility procedures
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Working effectively as part of the care team
About you We are looking for AINs who are reliable, compassionate and confident working in aged care.
Essential:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Relevant Australian healthcare experience
- Current police check and required screening
- Current First Aid/CPR
- Required immunisation and compliance documentation
