Our client is one of the most talked about agencies in the Inner West! We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join this high-performing team. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 80 properties, while playing an important role in supporting the broader Property Management team during periods of overflow.

With exceptional systems, streamlined processes and a collaborative team environment, you’ll have the tools and support to manage your portfolio efficiently, deliver outstanding service and thrive in a busy, professional agency.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of 70 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections and manage maintenance
- Handle leasing, renewals, arrears and general property management requirements
- Coordinate trades and ensure maintenance is handled efficiently
- Assist the wider Property Management team with overflow when required
- Provide exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Utilise our modern systems and processes to ensure your portfolio is managed efficiently and seamlessly

About you:





- Has previous experience in Property Management
- Proficient with Ingoings, Outgoings, Routines
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
- Is proactive, solutions-focused and able to work well under pressure
- Enjoys being part of a team-oriented and supportive team
- Wants to work for an agency that genuinely values its people
