Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Finance & Transaction Services (Sydney)

Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: Circa 175k including super (depends on experience)

We are looking for relationship-driven leaders to join Top 10 Chartered Accountant firms in the world who will help them meet their mixed portfolio of mid-market and large private / listed entities in Australia.

Responsibilities

- Work with a diverse client base including private companies, listed entities, and private equity, offering exposure to varied industries and meaningful projects
- Analyse and interpret detailed financial information, turning complex data into clear insights for discussions with management
- Prepare high‑quality financial due diligence reports and identify key issues impacting valuation, deal terms, and structuring
- Lead and participate in client and target management meetings, support IA Reports for capital raisings/IPOs, and contribute to business development activities
- Mentor junior team members while building strong internal and external relationships to support both firm and personal growth

Qualifications

- A relevant university degree
- CA/CPA qualified or international equivalent
- 5-8 experience in transaction diligence and audits in a Chartered Accounting firm
- Solid technical knowledge of the Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards
- Strong client-service capability with the ability to manage financial due diligence portfolios and present detailed written FDD reports
- Desirable: leadership skills and client relationship skills
