About the company: Our client is a privately owned Australian company who specialise in ground engineering, piling and civils works. They have been established for many years and are a leading company in their field with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. They are continuing to grow and are looking at expanding more into other civils areas. This is a excellent company and an exciting time to get involved with them.

About the Roles: After securing several projects our client is seeking a Piling Supervisor to compliment and add something extra to their existing piling teams. Work includes piling (CFA, Bored), shoring, excavation and other associated civils works. The projects will be based in and around Sydney.

About the Duties:

- Pre-site meetings
- Liaising with client and Engineer
- Prepare site for set up
- Allocation of Plant and Labour
- Daily management of piling crews
- Ordering of concrete, steel etc
- Managing QA/QC
- Keeping accurate site records
- Tool box talks
- Managing OH&S;




- Ensuring works progress in line with the programme of works

About the Requirements:

- Have an extensive piling background
- Knowledge of piling such as CFA, bored etc.
- Knowledge of soil nailing, anchoring and shoring is an advantage
- Proven track record of leading piling crews
- Have the ability to set up projects and deliver them
- Accurate site record keeping
- Good liaison skills between client, site staff and office teams
- Be driven and keen to get work completed
- Be a good team player
