What You’ll Be Doing

- Taking inbound calls from clients, medical service providers, and key stakeholders in a supportive environment.
- Processing treatment requests, verifying eligibility, and handling routine correspondence.
- Updating client records accurately using up-to-date internal database platforms.




- Escalating complex queries to specialist teams while keeping clients informed.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to meet daily service delivery goals.

What We’re Looking For
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience in phone-based customer service, call centers, or administrative support.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong data entry skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly.
- Great Communicator: Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
- Clearance Ready: Must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undergo an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (sponsored upon start).
- Location Flexibility: Ability to attend full-time training on-site in your capital city, transitioning to up to 2 days working from home afterward.
