About us The Commonwealth Golf Club, recognised as one of Melbourne's premier Sandbelt clubs, has recently completed a major course restoration and is now seeking an enthusiastic person to join our passionate and supportive course maintenance team.

Turf management is a highly rewarding career, working predominantly outdoors to maintain premium turf surfaces, with strong long-term career and travel opportunities. We provide daily staff meals, full uniforms, and a supportive learning workplace.
Hours The role is a 38-hour week, 6am starts and finished by 2.30pm, plus seasonal overtime and rostered public holiday and weekend work, with built-in flexibility. Weekday hours include time to attend off-site training.
About the role The successful applicant will complete a four-year apprenticeship in turf management,
with responsibilities covering the maintenance of the golf course and surrounds.
