Senior Broker & Team Leader

About Our Client

Our client is a local household name with over 20 years’ experience assisting sole traders, ABN holders and more access asset finance, cashflow and other crucial loan solutions. Their founder & Managing Director is want to grow the team!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Review, guide and structure deals to achieve strong, lender-ready outcomes
- Matching clients with appropriate lenders (based on their needs and wants)
- Maintain consistency and quality across all client interactions
- Working alongside the Managing Director to implement and follow through on business development/new business initiatives & other ad-hoc tasks
- Supporting a diverse client base with their asset and general finance needs

Experience & Capability

- Strong customer service, sales and client engagement experience
- A mind for commercials (financials, understanding concepts around lending, loans and credit)




- Commercially minded — able to balance speed, quality and outcome
- Adaptable and team-player mentality - happy to jump in and support your team-mates as needed

Highly Regarded

- Experience in lending environments (mortgage brokers, banks or car dealerships)
- Experience in an asset or finance broking role
