The Opportunity An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Centre Director to lead a well-established, high-performing team. This role requires a confident, strategic leader who can balance operational excellence with inspirational leadership.

You will play a key role in shaping the Centre's vision, driving quality outcomes, and maintaining strong relationships with families and the wider community. Working alongside a capable Assistant Director, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the service while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Applicant We are seeking a highly capable and experienced leader with a proven track record as an Assistant Director in a long day care or early learning setting. You will bring a strong professional presence and the ability to lead with confidence, clarity, and integrity.

Key requirements include:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to drive quality improvement and maintain compliance
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Working With Children Check and RHHAN-EC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
