We're growing and are looking for an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager ready to take the next step) to join our team.

You'll start by working closely alongside our Director, learning our systems, service standards and the way we care for our clients. Once you're settled, you'll transition into managing your own well-maintained portfolio of approximately 80 properties.

You'll also have the support that allows you to focus on what you do best, including:

- Dedicated Virtual Assistant support
- An Inspection Officer who manages routine inspections and Property Condition Reports
- Well-documented systems and processes
- A hands-on Director who genuinely enjoys mentoring and supporting the team

What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio
- Assisting with home opens and securing quality tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Proactively managing rental arrears
- Attending key handovers with new tenants
- Conducting final bond inspections (with support)
- Building strong relationships with landlords,



tenants and contractors
- Ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation

About You

You'll ideally have:
- A minimum of one years' experience in property management
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Experience using Property Tree (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
