We're looking for an Associate to join our growing Healthcare team, working closely with Partners Cindy Tucker and Natalie Orola.

Acting for insurers, medical defence organisations, healthcare providers and medical practitioners, the team advises on a broad range of healthcare, medical negligence and health law matters.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across a diverse range of matters, including:

- Medical negligence and clinical liability claims
- Coronial investigations and inquests
- Regulatory and disciplinary proceedings, including AHPRA matters
- Coverage and indemnity advice
- Catastrophic injury and other complex personal injury claims
- Providing strategic advice to insurers, healthcare organisations and medical practitioners

This role offers direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility and the prospect to work on complex matters within a nationally recognised healthcare practice

About You

We're interested in hearing from lawyers who have:

- 1-2 years' post-admission experience in medical negligence, healthcare or health law
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- A commercial and client-focused approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
