The Fresh Collective is looking for a highly experienced casual Barista all rounder to join the team at Café Muse located on level 2 in Queensland Museum. The Barista all rounder will be highly skilled, highly motivated and have exceptional customer service skills.

About the Role

- Provide exceptional coffee product

- Work collaboratively with the team assisting on the floor when required

- Provide excellent customer service to guests in a professional manner

- Casual position approximately 15-20 hours a week

- Ordering and reporting on beverage, coffee and milk stock

- Be available to work on Monday to Thursday, day shifts

- Level 3 pay rates: Mon–Fri $34.96 per hour + super

- Cafe opening hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm

Essentials





- 1-year experience as a Barista, coming from well-established and fast-paced venues

- Strong latte art

- Proven ability to work independently and methodically whilst offering a superior level of customer service

- Strong communication skills

- Must hold full Australian working rights
