About the Role:As our Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate books for a portfolio of clients, processing payroll, handling reconciliations, and supporting the compliance team. You’ll be managing multiple clients and tasks, ensuring their books are prepared for BAS and year-end compliance. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position suited to a capable and confident bookkeeping professional.

Your Key Responsibilities:· Perform accurate data entry and maintain complete client financial records.

· Process and reconcile payroll, including STP, super, and ReturnToWorkSA obligations.

· Track and manage accounts payable, receivable, and client transactions.

· Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements.

· Prepare books in readiness for BAS review and compliance team lodgements.

· Balance multiple client files simultaneously.





· Liaise with accountants and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

· Attend to incoming client queries and new bookkeeping tasks.

· Participate in weekly bookkeeping meetings and share workflow updates.

About You:· 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience in public practice or business.

· Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Experience with Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office tools.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Positive, warm, and enthusiastic attitude toward team and clients.

· Committed to providing professional, accurate, and timely support.
