Branch Administrator

Your new opportunity:

As our new Branch Administrator you'll take the lead on all branch administration tasks, from operating the switchboard to general clerical, ordering consumables to maintaining customer relations, you'll be the face of the branch and keep this show running! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years of admin experience who wants to learn, grow, and develop with a fantastic company.

In this role you will:

- Answer incoming internal calls in a professional manner, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a kind but timely manner.
- Monitor, maintain and order office consumables to make sure everyone has what they need to get the job done.
- Day to day administration duties across the whole branch.
- Assist with branch Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities.
- Order new and replacement uniforms to keep people looking good.
- Organise appointments, meetings, functions and engagement activities as required.
- Provide administration support to our service and parts administration teams.
- Projects as required by the Branch Manager and ad hoc duties as required.

About you:

- Have a 2 to 3 years of administrative experience with great computer skills
- A qualification in administration at certificate or diploma level would be well regarded.
- Ability to work efficiently & accurately with office equipment including phone systems and printers.
- Great phone manner, strong email etiquette and the ability to communicate in a positive manner with clients and fellow employees.
- Fantastic time management skills with a penchant for multitasking.
