We are partnering with a large and complex organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a portfolio of technology and cyber security initiatives.
This role will suit a Business Analyst who enjoys working across both business and technical teams, analysing complex requirements, improving processes, and contributing to projects that strengthen organisational capability, security, and digital services.
About the Role
Working within a project delivery setting, you will be responsible for understanding business challenges, identifying requirements, and helping project teams deliver practical and effective technology solutions.
You will engage with stakeholders across a variety of business areas, facilitate workshops, analyse processes, and produce high-quality documentation that supports project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include
- Gathering, analysing, and validating business requirements.
- Leading stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
- Producing business analysis artefacts including requirements documents, user stories, process maps,
and acceptance criteria.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending future-state solutions.
- Supporting solution design activities and ensuring business needs are translated into technical outcomes.
- Assisting with testing, implementation, business readiness, and solution adoption activities.
- Contributing to vendor engagement and procurement-related activities where required.
- Building strong relationships with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Highly Regarded
- Previous involvement in cyber security, information security, risk, or compliance-related projects.
- Experience working within higher education, government, or similarly complex environments.
- Exposure to enterprise technology projects involving multiple business areas and stakeholders.
