About the Role:

You’ll work across a broad mix of residential projects, including custom designer, architect-designed homes, volume builds, renovations and extensions and swimming pools.

Certification work will be focused predominantly on the Gold Coast or within an hour of the Burleigh office.

Your day could take you from new builds on the Gold Coast to architectural projects in the Scenic Rim, or north through the bayside regions from Redlands to Moreton Bay. Wherever the work takes you, you’ll have a solid team supporting you behind the scenes. Plans are also underway for a future North Queensland location.

About You:

- Hold the required qualifications, licences and industry memberships
- Have a strong understanding of building codes and standards




- Be confident using Certflow or similar software, along with Microsoft Office
- Bring an adaptable, positive and solutions-focused approach
- Value a strong team culture as much as technical accuracy

Duties & Responsibilities: Drawing on your residential building certification experience, you’ll be ready to step confidently into the role and manage key responsibilities, including:

- Assessing and approving residential building applications for homes, renovations, extensions and pools
- Completing on-site inspections
- Reviewing compliance with relevant legislation, codes and standards
- Proactively liaising with clients, builders, town planners, architects and homeowners
- Contributing positively to a collaborative team setting
