We are a quick-growing medium density residential business delivering exciting projects across South Australia, and we are looking for a talented Building Designer / Architect to join our growing design team.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply producing drawings. You will be exposed to the complete design and documentation journey from initial concepts and design development through to detailed working drawings, construction documentation and project delivery.

You will work alongside experienced designers, builders, engineers, consultants and project teams, gaining valuable insight into how successful developments are conceived, designed, approved and ultimately built.

Is This You?

We are looking for someone with approximately 3–5 years’ experience within the residential and/or commercial building industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.

You will ideally have

- A qualification in Architecture, Building Design or a related discipline.
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
- 3–5 years’ practical industry experience.
- Strong understanding of residential design and construction documentation.
- Experience producing detailed working drawings and documentation.
- A good understanding of the South Australian planning and building environment.
- Experience working with consultants and coordinating engineering information.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in the quality of your work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A willingness to learn, challenge ideas and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Experience with Archicad or similar design/documentation software would be highly regarded.
