About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry / Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in business analysis, process improvement, data, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational data.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.

- Assist with data analysis to support business and operational decisions.

Qualifications

- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, university projects, or relevant business experience is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Jira, Confluence, or similar business/analytical tools is beneficial.
- Understanding of business process analysis, reporting, data visualization, or requirements gathering is an advantage.
