Role Description The Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) will support Tandori’s decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to courses, users, and platform performance. In this part-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, the analyst will work both in office and from home, preparing reports, dashboards, and insights to help optimize business processes and user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting business requirements, mapping workflows, assisting in the evaluation of new features, and collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams.

The role also involves communicating findings to stakeholders, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping align platform enhancements with business goals. The analyst will work closely with senior team members to learn best practices and contribute to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate clear insights.




- Foundational Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills for documenting needs and translating them into actionable specifications.
- Understanding of Business Process concepts, including workflow mapping and process improvement.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written reports and concise verbal presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary education or ongoing studies in business, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with analytics or BI platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Interest in online learning, creative industries, or food and cooking is a plus.
