About The Role:
Includes an Inspection Team who take care of the following for you;
Leasing, Routine Inspections, Entry Reports.
- Managing a Local portfolio
- Monday to Friday ONLY
- Tenant & Landlord Communication
- Rent Reviews & Rent Increases
- Completing outgoings
- Maintenance & Coordination of repairs
- Arrears Management
Salary up to $100K + Commission depending on experience.
About You:
- Experience managing a residential portfolio
- Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
- Experience using a Property Management program being; Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
- Corporate attire & presented
- Car & Drivers Licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
