Aspiring Talent is partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced EAM / ERP professional to join a major enterprise transformation program centred around the implementation of TechnologyOne.
This role requires someone who can work across Asset Management, Works Management and Asset Accounting, with a strong understanding of how EAM integrates with Finance and HR/Payroll.
The Role
You will work across business, operational and technology teams, focusing on the integration points that bring the end-to-end TechnologyOne solution together.
Key areas include:
- Asset and Works Management integration
- EAM integration with Finance and HR/Payroll
- Time sheeting and workforce allocation
- Work order and job costing
- Labour and material costing
- Asset Accounting and financial integration
- Asset lifecycle management
- Cross-module process and data integration
About You
We are looking for someone with robust EAM/ERP implementation or integration experience who understands how operational asset and works processes connect with broader enterprise systems.
Ideally, you will bring:
- TechnologyOne EAM experience or strong experience with comparable ERP/EAM platforms
- Asset and Works Management expertise
- Finance, Asset Accounting and/or HR/Payroll integration experience
- Job costing, work order and time-sheeting knowledge
- Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP processes
- Ability to work across operational, finance and technology stakeholders
TechnologyOne experience will be highly regarded, particularly where you have worked across multiple modules and their integration points.
