About the prospect
The company is a well-established provider of capital equipment to the labels and packaging industry. As part of continued growth, they're looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead and shape a fast-paced sales function, someone who can win new business, nurture existing accounts, and give senior management the forecasting and reporting they need to steer the business.

This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a pipeline, represent a respected product range at trade shows and demonstrations globally, and grow revenue through a consultative, relationship-led approach.

What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle; identifying, pursuing and closing new business across current and existing markets, while building strong, consultative relationships that keep customers coming back. Day to day, that means managing and attending product demonstrations, handling customer samples, developing quotes and proposals, and negotiating through to close. You'll oversee customer installations through to completion so the experience matches expectations, and stay close to company technology, competitor activity and market intelligence so you're always the expert in the room.

Alongside the selling, you'll own your pipeline, account plans and budget/goal reporting, keeping accurate records in the company CRM and CPQ, reporting progress to management, and securing pricing approvals as needed. The role involves regular travel to trade shows, industry events and corporate training both locally and internationally, as well as supporting channel partners where required.





What you'll bring

- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in capital equipment experience in the labels and packaging industry is highly regarded
- A consultative sales style that drives both revenue and customer satisfaction
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and self-presentation, tailored to the audience
- A degree in business or marketing is desirable
