The practice pays 40% commission after lab fees, and the numbers support it: local demand is strong enough that management is already planning to expand from two days a week to three within around six months. Because the practice runs on general dentistry with in-house implant and cosmetic and prosthodontic capability, everyday cases requiring specialist input can be referred internally rather than lost to an external practice, which keeps referral pathways working in your favour.

There's also spare capacity. Most days only two of the practice's three fully equipped surgeries are in use,



so there's genuine room for your book to grow into that space over time.

About You
You're a general dentist confident managing a broad caseload of routine and restorative dentistry. You don't need extensive years of experience, this practice offers mentorship for a clinician who wants to build their skills alongside two experienced principal dentists.

You're motivated by earning potential that grows with demand, and comfortable working in a close, collaborative team rather than a large corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver general dentistry including exams, fillings and restorative treatment
- Build and grow a personal patient list as demand increases
- Refer complex implant, surgical or cosmetic cases to principal dentists
- Work flexibly with a rotating team of dental assistants
- Maintain high clinical, ethical and professional standards

Location
The role is based in Perth's northern growth corridor, one of the fastest expanding parts of the metro area, with recent housing, schools and shopping continuing to open up as the population grows. Train access is available via Currambine and Joondalup stations for anyone commuting from further afield.
