Contract Fit Out Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a 3-month contract delivering a commercial fit-out project in Sydney.
Key responsibilities:

- Manage all day-to-day site activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
- Drive the programme and manage short-term sequencing
- Oversee finishes and services coordination
- Maintain safety, quality and compliance standards
- Manage defects and final handover
- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager

To be considered:

- Proven commercial fit-out experience
- Robust subcontractor management skills
- Experience delivering projects from commencement through to handover
- Excellent understanding of finishes and services
- Current White Card and First Aid
- Procore experience is highly regarded
