GLOBAL GRAND INVESTMENT PTY LTD is seeking a qualified and experienced Full-time Hotel Manager to join our team in Mildura, Victoria.

Salary: $79,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation

Business Location: Mildura 3500 VIC

Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient service delivery across all departments.
2. Supervise reservations, reception, front office, room service, housekeeping, maintenance, and security operations.
3. Coordinate food and beverage operations, including the restaurant, bar, conference, and function facilities.
4. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
5. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
6. Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, control purchasing, and oversee accounting activities.
7. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, gaming legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and other relevant statutory regulations.
8. Monitor customer feedback, resolve guest enquiries and complaints, and implement service improvements.

Provide guests with local tourism information and assist in arranging tours and transportation services.

Skills and Qualifications

1. AQF associate degree, Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma certification in relevant Hospitality and business qualification.
2. Proven work experience as a Café and Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
3. Demonstrated ability to manage hotel operations, accommodation services, guest services, food and beverage operations, and staff supervision.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work full-time and on a rotating roster.
