This small multidisciplinary Allied Health provider made up of 20 passionate clinicians based on the Gold Coast offers face-to-face therapy for all ages, crafting personalized care plans to achieve goals and enhance independence.

- Optional weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision with the Speech Pathologist Team Lead with over 8 years experience
- Manageable billable hours of 4-5 per day. Includes travel, face to face sessions, report writing & supervision
- Work within a team of 5 other experienced Speech Pathologists
- Resources provided including your own work laptop and phone
- Structured onboarding process includes work shadowing, learning policies and procedures and a gradual increase or caseload
- Work flexibility: Option to work a 9 day fortnight or condensed working week

About the role:





You will be seeing 4-5 clients a day presenting with a diverse range of conditions such as; speech & articulation, literacy skills (reading & spelling), stuttering, developing smooth or fluent speech, motor speech, social communication skills, voice control, dysarthria (unclear speech), listening & comprehension skill and alternative communication such as Key Word Sign, PECS, PODD & other AAC.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
