About the Role:
- Work one-on-one with clients to build their confidence around job searching, applications, interviews, and entering the workplace
- Assist injured workers to move towards suitable employment outcomes through practical, goal-focused return-to-work support
- Partner with employers, insurers, brokers, and internal allied health professionals to create tailored employment solutions
- Develop strong employer networks and identify opportunities that align with each client’s skills, capacity, and career goals
- Advocate for clients throughout the placement process, including discussing role suitability and negotiating sustainable employment options

What You Will Need:
- 12+ months experience in employment placement services, vocational rehab or closely related role
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong report writing skills
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work within the timeframe
