Our client is seeking a person ideally who has worked to transform payroll into a managed services model. With modified transformation experience. This assignment is for 6-7 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Champion payroll standards and best practices throughout the transformation program.
- Act as the Payroll SME, leading discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
- Partner with BAU teams to validate payroll processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and complete migration worksheets from BAU
- Review,



validate, and provide payroll information and documentation for ADP or MicrOpay.
- Support compliance, governance, and project delivery objectives.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong payroll operations and compliance knowledge.
- Experience with payroll transformation or system implementation projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
- Implementation experience with ADP or MicrOpay platforms and systems
