A Project Manager is sought by a busy Tier 2 Commercial Builder, to manage remedial and cladding projects from $1 - 10 million.

The Company:
- An established national Tier 2 Builder
- T/0 $1 billion
- Reporting to a Project Director managing a Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet
- Focus on commercial and government projects in the $1 - 10 million range
- Established client base, with full order book of work for 2026/ 2027
- 30 years trading history
- Inner Sydney based
You will have:
- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- Previous project management experience with Tier 2/3 Commercial Builder in Sydney
- Commercial/ government experience on projects over $5 million is highly desirable
- MS Project experience sought, with Procore knowledge
- A steady career history and proven construction management background
- Ability to lead and development multi disciplined project teams
