Role Description This full time remote Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst role at Asociación de Constructores Civiles UC focuses on supporting business process improvement and requirements analysis. The role involves gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders, and translating them into clear specifications for solutions and process changes.

The person in this role will assist in mapping current and future business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing practical recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and presentations, supporting meetings and workshops, tracking action items, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals. The role also includes maintaining documentation, monitoring implementation progress, and providing ongoing support to help measure results and refine processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.




- Foundational knowledge of Business Analysis and Business Requirements to gather, structure, and document stakeholder needs.
- Understanding of Business Process concepts, including process mapping and process improvement techniques.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, present findings clearly, and collaborate in remote settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online meeting platforms). Experience with basic data analysis or visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a remote environment, and show willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Interest or experience in the construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure sector is beneficial but not required.
