Crealis Australia, part of the international Crealis Group, is looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team in Adelaide (hybrid), reporting directly into our General Manager. As a world leader in wine and spirits closure solutions, Crealis operates 14 production sites across Australia, Europe, North America, and Mexico, serving customers in more than 70 countries.

What you'll do

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Generate qualified sales leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking activities
- Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline
- Attend industry events and trade shows
- Work closely with sales and management teams to drive growth initiatives

What we're looking for

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service,



or a similar commercial role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and passion for winning new business
- Experience in B2B environments is highly regarded
- Exposure to manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, wine, or spirits industries is a plus
