Role Description
This is a full time, on the road and on-site role for a highly motivated outbound, proactive Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities also include understanding client needs and collaborating with internal teams to tailor Fleetware’s solutions to meet industry-specific requirements.
The role will involve consistent proactive new business activities and outbound prospecting.
Skills Required
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation
- Expertise in Market Research and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Outbound proactive sales activity.
- Proficiency with software tools and technology solutions relevant to fleet management industries
- Proven ability to meet and exceed business growth targets
- Experience in fleet management, logistics or related industries is a strong advantage
