About the role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly cafe assistant to join our team at Cafe 105' in Daw Park, SA 5041. This is a casual role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth daily operations of our vibrant cafe.

What you'll be doing

- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Assisting with food preparation and plating, ensuring high presentation standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including restocking and cleaning duties
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Monday to Friday daytime role, inc Saturday morning 20ish hours per week.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude,



with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Basic food preparation and barista skills are desirable, but training can be provided
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
