About the role The Campaign & WHS Compliance Executive is a dual‑discipline role combining Work Health & Safety compliance administration with campaign/stakeholder management. You will manage contractor relationships, support campaign delivery, maintain compliance systems, and ensure our team's competencies, permits, and registrations remain current. You'll also become our internal WHS champion, driving ISO expectations, daily safety culture, and on‑site audit discipline.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑performance role suited to someone with resilience, exceptional organisation, and the confidence to engage with clients, contractors, and depot stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain and administer WHS compliance platforms, ensuring all staff and contractors hold valid competencies, permits, inductions, and registrations.
- Track expiry dates, schedule renewals, and proactively follow up to ensure zero lapses in compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, training, and corrective actions.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, including ISO-aligned WHS evidence packs.
- Conduct depot and site audits, documenting hazards, risks, and improvement actions.
- Support incident investigations and assist in preparing reports and recommendations.
- Champion daily WHS expectations across the business, reinforcing safe work practices and a compliance culture.
- Support the Senior Campaign Manager with day‑to‑day campaign delivery, scheduling, and administrative workflow.

- Coordinate multi‑site installation projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Build robust relationships with contractors, installers, and depot managers, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and informed.

About you

- Experience in project coordination, campaign delivery, WHS administration, or a similar operational role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Confidence to engage with challenging clients and high‑pressure situations.
- Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with team goals.
- A willingness to travel to depots (potentially interstate and overnight) and sites as required.
- Competence with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.

Benefits

- A dynamic and impactful role encompassing strong technical requirements and stakeholder management/customer service, with the opportunity to grow into a manager‑level position.
- Exposure to both media campaign delivery and WHS compliance; a rare dual‑skill career pathway.
- Work across exciting sectors including public transport, media, and other high‑risk environments.
- A high‑performance, fun, and supportive team culture.
- Opportunity to become the company's WHS champion and shape our safety culture.
- Working from a brand-new luxury office in the heart of Sydney's CBD, with an opportunity to travel to site each month.
