As Car Wash Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team and ensure every customer receives a quality and efficient service. Key responsibilities
- Manage the smooth and effective operation of the car wash site.
- Recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff.
- Maintain a professional, friendly and customer-focused environment.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a consistently high standard.
- Promote compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and operating procedures.
- Prepare rosters and manage attendance, performance and daily team requirements.
- Monitor cleaning products, equipment and other supplies.
- Support sales growth, manage costs and work towards operational targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular updates on staffing, operations and performance.
About you
- Previous experience managing a car wash, automotive service, retail, hospitality or other fast-paced customer-service business.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
- The ability to work efficiently in a hands-on environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A practical approach to managing staff, equipment and daily operations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours, as required by the business.
- A current driver's licence is desirable.
