Corbetta's Kitchen is seeking a talented and experienced Cook/chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality Italian dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing a variety of menu items, including pasta, sauces, pizzas, and other Italian specialties, while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a wide range of Italian dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all food produced.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering.
- Contribute to menu development and recipe testing.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Production Chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for food and a commitment to quality.
