With continued growth and a reputation for delivering complex infrastructure works, this organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Estimator to play a key role in securing future project opportunities.Your New RoleReporting to the Pre-Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders across a range of civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with operational teams, suppliers and subcontractors to develop winning submissions and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation
- Obtaining and assessing supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identifying project risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions
- Developing pricing strategies and tender methodologies




- Supporting negotiations and post-tender activities
- Collaborating with project delivery teams throughout the bid process

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be considered, you will ideally possess:

- Proven experience as a Civil Estimator or Senior Civil Estimator
- Infrastructure project estimating experience
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam, EstimateOne and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach
