What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients
- Identifying and engaging top healthcare talent
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
- Managing job briefs and recruitment campaigns
- Negotiating placements and delivering exceptional service
- Growing your own desk and client portfolio
About You
You may already have recruitment experience, or come from a sales, healthcare, or people-focused background and be looking for an exciting career change.
You'll be:
