The Company:

With a continuously expanding portfolio of key projects, our client is a WA-owned Fit-Out and Refurbishment business continuing to establish itself as a key competitor in the commercial fit-out space.

They are highly regarded for their quality builds, strong client relationships and focus on customer satisfaction. With an impressive pipeline of work across Perth and regional WA, they are now looking for an established Site Manager to join the team and take ownership of a range of commercial refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects.

The business has a strong focus on building long-term relationships with clients and delivering projects to a high standard. This is a great chance for a Site Manager who enjoys working within a supportive team environment while having the autonomy to manage their own projects.

The Role:

Reporting to an experienced Project Manager and working closely with the Contract Administrator, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit-out, refurbishment and construction projects.

You will coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard of quality.





The role will provide exposure to a variety of projects across Perth and regional WA, rather than being focused on one particular sector or project type.

Key Requirements:

- Trade qualification is highly desirable
- Proven experience within commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment
- Experience managing commercial fit-outs, particularly within the Perth CBD
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive sense of urgency
- Strong subcontractor and trade coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Experience with One Breadcrumb and Procore desirable
- MS Projects experience desirable
- Full Australian working rights required
