Centred around our open parrilla grill, our menu celebrates premium Australian produce, bold South American flavours and the theatre of flame, all delivered in a lively, fast-paced dining environment.

Position Available

Casual Section Waiter – Restaurant Award Level 2

Monday–Friday: $33.85 per hour

Saturday: $40.62 per hour

Sunday: $40.62 per hour

Public Holidays: $67.70 per hour

What We’re Looking For

•

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant

•

Solid understanding of sequence of service and confidence managing your own section

•

Confidence making recommendations and explaining menu items to guests

•

Ability to manage multiple tables and priorities during busy services
