Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club is now seeking its next Chief Executive Officer, an exceptional leader who will steward the Club’s next chapter with professionalism, energy and operational discipline. This is a rare opportunity for a hands‑on, service‑focused executive with a strong background in member services, hospitality, sport, leisure or another customer‑centric environment. The successful candidate will be a respected people leader with sound commercial acumen,



highly effective in stakeholder management, and known for delivering strong financial outcomes while maintaining outstanding Member and Guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead the execution of the Club’s strategic vision, ensuring excellence in operations, financial performance, Member engagement and service delivery. With responsibility for a dedicated team of approximately two hundred employees and contractors across Sport and Tennis, Hospitality, Grounds, Maintenance and administration, the CEO will foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration and service excellence. The role also carries responsibility for strengthening governance, enhancing the Club’s reputation and ensuring long‑term sustainability.

Working closely with the Board and Committees, the next CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of Australia’s most respected private sporting clubs, ensuring Kooyong remains a destination of choice for current and future generations of Members and Guests.
