We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in effectively leading a childcare service and demonstrating the capability to surpass service expectations. The successful candidate will possess experience in assessments and ratings, as well as in supporting staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional early learning and care that exceeds the National Quality Standards. A minimum of 8 years of experience in this field is highly advantageous.

The primary responsibilities encompass driving the center's performance through the application of rigorous business and financial discipline to achieve targets and assessment & rating results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, and will have a track record of fostering a positive team culture that facilitates outstanding service delivery. An essential attribute is a natural affinity for people and genuine enjoyment in motivating and advocating for educators, families, and the wider Sunbury community.

Moreover, the successful applicant must be able to lead continuous improvement in operations and implement positive change in alignment with contemporary best practices, working collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Possessing a Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Early Childhood is considered advantageous.




- Experience in managing a service catering for up to 120 individuals.
- Proficiency and experience with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Ability to function effectively within a supportive network, including interaction with Approved Providers, Educational Leaders, and the company management team.
- Aptitude in staff roster management, ensuring compliance with wage targets and budgets.
- Competence in ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance within the service.
- Robust attention to detail, proficiency in maintaining an organized office environment, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic setting.
- A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and the capacity to inspire educators to strive for excellence in service provision.
- Possession of current Working with Children Check.
- Up-to-date First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR qualifications.
